How to play PSG files

You can find PSG players for both the Amiga and the PC, there is even one for the Commodore64. In the software section you'll find a program called PSGPlay that exists for Amiga and DOS. They both work with command line options and is easly used. Just write "psgplay <filename.psg>" and it should work. About the Amiga version I should mention that is uses AHI and will not work without it installed.
