What is the NESA format?

NESA is a format invented by the A/NES author Morgan Johansson. It is the second format of it's kind (the first was Marat's PSG format) and was made to record the tunes in NES games so they can be played induvidual with a sound player. The NESA format consists in two versions at this time. The first version is v2 wich doesn't support PCM and noise, in the newer v3 the file size has been reduced and both PCM and noise are supported.
