How To Use The Recordings

MAME INP Recordings

To run MAME with a game recording, unzip the file into the folder INP which is located where mame.exe is, and use the following parameters (assuming you are using DOS MAME with no frontend) - example game being renegade

• mame renegade -playback renegade

Callus CMx Recordings

To run the game recordings in Callus, do the following steps (assuming it is callus.exe and not callus95.exe)

• Unzip the CMx files into the folder where callus.exe is
• Load up callus
• Open the game the recording is for (eg 3 Wonders)
• Choose a save slot the recording was made in (3 wonders uses slots 0,1 and 2) by pressing either F6 to move backwards, or F8 to move forwards through the slots.
• Goto CPU menu, MOVIE and PLAY (or alternatively press ALT+Y)
